Capital Improvements include Citywide planned capital and maintenance improvement projects listed in the City’s Capital Improvement Program (CIP) Budget. The General Fund acts as a City match source for various grant-funded projects and for projects that lack an adequate funding source. Examples of the projects include the Downtown Thousand Oaks project and various City facility upgrades.
